************************* Nineteen-year-old Gregory Pearce of 539 John Street was arrested by officers with the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service at approximately 1 a.m. on Great Northern Road and charged with three counts of breach of a release document and two count so breach of probation.
It is alleged that officers observed the accused riding his bike [not exactly as illustrated] on Great Northern Road near Second Line East and at the time he was on curfew conditions to be in his place of residence from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m.
He was also wanted on outstanding warrants for the same offences from the 5th of November.
At the time of the offences he was to keep the peace and be good.
************************* Officers with the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 22-year-old Robert Parent at 2:27 a.m. this morning while he was walking on Huron Street and charged him with two counts of breach of a release document.
It is alleged that the accused was breaching his curfew conditions at the time and also was wanted on a warrant regarding his surety being pulled.
************************* Officers with the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 31-year-old Nicholas Moore of #5-63 Mark Street at his residence and charged him with one count of fail to appear in court.
