Arrest made in Manilla Terrace burglary case

************************* Twenty-two-year-old David Rous was arrested on the 9th of October on Wellington Street East and charged with one count of break, enter and commit and one count of possession of stolen property.

It is alleged that on the 6th of October the accused [not exactly as illustrated] broke into a residence on Manila Terrace and later attempted to pawn some of the stolen items at a local pawn shop.

He is to appear in court on the 9th of November.
