Arrest made in alleged Walmart theft

At 11:00 P.M. on November 25, 2016 City Police arrested 46 year old Jerry Allan Leveille of Hughes Street. 

It’s alleged that the accused attended at Walmart on Nov. 11, 2016 and stole merchandise valued $627.87. 

Leveille was on a probation order not to be at Walmart at the time of the offence and on conditions to keep the peace and be of good behavior. 

He has been charged with Theft under $5000.00 and two count of Breach of Probation. 

He is scheduled to appear in court on January 09, 2017.
