ARCH 50/50 draw winner happy to support a good cause

Donna Olar has won ARCH Hospice's April 50/50 draw, a news release issued by ARCH Hospice says.

Olar has yet to make plans for her winnings of $23,098, but is happy to support a good cause.

ARCH is pleased to announce that Donna Olar has won $23,098 from the April 50/50 Grand Prize Draw with ticket number #J-4651791! Donna was surprised when she received the news that she was the winner of the April jackpot! She has been supporting the draw for a long time. Donna shares that she buys as often as she can because “it goes to a really good cause. You never know, you may end up here someday.”

Donna has yet to make plans for the money as she told us she is “still trying to process it all and figure it out. It’s a lot to think about.” We agree, Donna! It’s a lot of money for sure and we’re so grateful for the help from the community to raise funds each month. We’d love to hear from our supporters, what would you do if you won?

ARCH has supported and cared for over 1500 residents since the beginning and the ARCH 50/50 draw has been a gift that keeps giving since July 2020. Our Early Bird Draws take place on the second Wednesday of each month! Purchasing your tickets in advance will give you a chance at both the $1,000 Early Bird Prize and the end-of-month Grand Prize.

Tickets for the May ARCH 50/50 are on sale now at www.ARCH5050.ca! The winner’s jackpot has a guaranteed minimum of $9,999 and early bird ticket-holders will have a chance at winning an additional $1,000 (if purchased prior to the second Wednesday of each month). Proceeds raised from the 50/50 go directly towards the care and support of hundreds of residents, community clients, and their families served by ARCH each year.
