************************* Forty-eight-year-old Grant Mullan of 48 Smale Avenue was arrested on the 19th of December at 9:35 p.m. on Queen Street West and charged with one count of possession of property obtained by crime and one count of possession of a controlled drug or substance.

It is alleged that on the 19th of December at approximately 9:20 p.m., City Police checked a vehicle in the area of Queen West.

When officers ran a check on the plates they discovered that the plates were stolen.

The accused was also found in possession of a small amount of OxyContin without a prescription.

He is to appear in court on the 4th of February.
