Jeanette Niganobe sat through a fourth day of pre-trial applications today related to her upcoming jury trial on charges of impaired driving and dangerous driving causing the death of City Police Constable Donald Doucet.

The 31-year-old woman appeared neatly dressed in jacket and skirt at the Sault Ste. Marie Court House, for the first time wearing her shoulder-length hair down, secured only by a single barrette at the crown of her head.

Evidence heard during pre-trial motions may not be reported by media organizations at this time.
