Andrzaj Borowski accused of impaired driving

************************* 49-year-old Andrzaj Borowski of 213 Grand Boulevard was arrested on the 29th of April just after 9 p.m. and charged with one count of impaired driving and one count of consume over the legal limit.

It is alleged that around 9:15 p.m. officers on patrol observed a green van eastbound on Strand Avenue travelling very slowly with no lights activated.

The vehicle was observed swerving across the road and hitting a curb.

The vehicle was stopped and police discovered the driver to be under the influence of alcohol.

The accused is to appear in court on the 28th of May.
