Andrew visits the ER. Stuff gets busted

NEWS RELEASE

************************* Forty-three-year-old Andrew Swan of no fixed address was arrested on the 16th of April at 7:48 p.m. at the Sault Area Hospital and charged with one count breach of probation and one count of mischief under $5,000.

It is alleged that on the 16th of April at approximately 7:40 p.m. the accused, while waiting for treatment in one of the emergency rooms, damaged medical equipment inside the room.

At the time of the offence the accused was on probation with conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.

He is to appear in court on the 26th of May.
