************************* Superior East OPP nabs drinking driver

(Highway 17, Wawa, Ontario) - Shortly before midnight on the 30th of January 2007, Superior East OPP were on routine patrol south of Wawa.

The officer observed a truck traveling south with no taillights.

The officer stopped the vehicle and determined that the driver was suspended.

The stop also revealed that the driver had been drinking.

As a result of this investigation 27-year-old Andrew Hannah-Parlee of Wawa was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with over 80 milligrams of alcohol.

Hannah-Parlee is required to attend court on the 2nd of April 2007 in Wawa court.
