On the 15th of June, police responded to a two vehicle collision in the 200 block of Second Line West at about 4:15 a.m.
On arrival, police noted one of the drivers had been consuming alcohol and made a roadside demand.
The driver failed to provide a suitable sample of breath.
Charged is Deborah Sample (age 51) of Goulais Avenue.
She will be appearing in court on the 14th of July at 9 a.m.
