U.S. media reports indicate that North Carolina Attorney General Roy Cooper will announce this afternoon that he's dropping all charges against three Duke University lacrosse players.
The players are accused of kidnapping and a first-degree forcible sex offense related to a team party in March of last year.
Cooper's decision will be announced at 2:30 p.m. today.
