************************* Yesterday just after 4 p.m., Amanda Lewis attended at the Rome's pharmacy department and submitted a photocopied prescription for MS Contin.

She left the pharmacy after being questioned by the pharmacist.

City Police were called and she was arrested in the parking lot.

30-year-old Amanda Lewis of 141 Sutton Place has been charged with one count of uttering a forged document and is scheduled to appear in court on the 10th of September.
