NEWS RELEASE

************************* Twenty-six-year-old Alfred Peters of 43 Crawford Avenue was arrested on the 19th of June at 10:15 a.m. at his residence and charged with one count of break, enter and commit one count of theft under $5,000 and one count of breach of probation.

It is alleged that on the 1st of June around 1:20 a.m. the accused broke into the T & T Pawnbrokers at 151 Gore Street and stole an Xbox video game system, a Nintendo Game Cube valued at approximately $160.

At the time of the incident the accused was on a probation order with conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.

The accused is to appear in court on the 23rd of July.
