Adam Auger charged with impaired driving

********************** 43-year-old Adam Auger of 83 Bond Crescent, Richmond Hill, Ontario was arrested on the 30th of June and charged with one count of impaired driving and one count of consume over the legal limit.

It is alleged that on the 30th of June just before midnight the accused was operating a motorcycle on Old Goulais Bay Road and lost control of the motorcycle on the train tracks.

The motorcycle then crossed the road and ended up in the ditch.

City Police were called and found the accused to be under the influence of alcohol.

The accused will appear in court on August 14.
