Accident near Bay Street Tims location (2 photos)

Collision sends two to hospital

A two-vehicle collision occurred near the Tim Hortons location on Bay Street, just west of the Bay and Brock intersection, late Tuesday morning.

Sault Police, Fire Services and two EMS ambulances were at the scene.

Police say it appears one vehicle from the second lane moved into the path of the vehicle in the curb lane.   

Damage to each vehicle (a red SUV and a dark-coloured, four-door sedan) was moderate, but an occupant from each vehicle was taken to Sault Area Hospital with what Police describe as minor injuries.
