************************* Yesterday morning the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service attended at Canada Customs regarding a male that had been arrested for outstanding warrants.

Pascal Houle, age 34, of 898 Highway 17 North had been arrested for warrants issued in 2004.

It is alleged that in September 2004 the accused attended at Wal-Mart on two occasions and received refunds for merchandise that he did not purchase at that store.

Mr. Houle is charged with two counts of fraud under $5,000 and one count of breach of probation.

He will be appearing in court on September 10.
