Eighty-six-year-old Heinrich Puusep of 49 St. Mary’s River Drive Apartment 414 was arrested on the 10th of September at 1:53 a.m. at the Casino on Bay Street and charged with one count of sexual assault.

It is alleged that the accused groped an employee of the casino.

Alcohol appears to have been a factor.

He is to appear in court on the 19th of October.
