************************* Road closure advisory - update

The Ontario Provincial Police advise the public of the following road reopening.

Location: Highway 11, 70 km west of Hearst

Detachment area: Hearst

Time of road closure: 3 p.m. on June 19, 2007

Reason for the closure: A 20 foot section of Highway 11 has washed away due to high water levels. ... The washout is approximately 600 meters west of the Pitipiko Road.

Update: Highway 11 now reopened to both lanes as of 5 p.m. on June 20, 2007.

Time road reopened: June 20, 2007 at 5 p.m.
