SooToday.com has received the following note from Wacky Wings at 350 Lake Street in Sault Ste. Marie, about a second location it will open next month at the former home of Sartini Restaurant on Great Northern Road.

The very popular Wacky Wings is now expanding onto 688 Great Northern Road.

The highly successful restaurant/ bar is opening its second location here in Sault Ste. Marie on Friday April 9 and will be adding an additional 50 employees to the local economy.

The new location will boast its very popular menu and will be adding many additional new items.

We also will now serve over 100 flavors of chicken wings [not exactly as illustrated]!

“This new location promises to turn a lot of heads with an absolutely off-the-wall design. If you love the East End location design, the new location will "wow" everyone that walks through the doors," says Craig Burgess, co-owner of the Wacky Wings concept.

Our new store features will include a "hot & ready to go" take-out counter where you can order our mouth-watering wings, pizza and salads and have it all ready in just minutes.

“We are also excited to have a new party room/ banquet room which can accommodate up to 100 people for small or large groups, a much bigger bar, 15 big screen TVs with full HD and much more," says Burgess.

So if you think our staff is wild and wacky, we are now hiring 50 new staff to fly into the "coop."

All interested applicants are invited to join us on Saturday March 20 for Wacky Wings first-ever job fair from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at our East End location on 350 Lake Street.

Positions open for servers, bartenders, cooks and dishwashers.
