Investigation division detectives with the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 27-year-old Tyson Seabrook of no fixed address last night at the Algoma Remand and Treatment Centre and charged him with one count of theft under $5,000 and one count of possession and use of stolen credit card. It is alleged that on the 23rd of August the accused stole a credit card from a person known to him and used it to purchase a $1,694 Yamaha 50cc scooter from a local outdoor equipment store.

The accused is to appear in bail court this morning.
