************************* From the U.S. National Weather Service

A FROST ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 3 AM TO 8 AM EDT THURSDAY.

CLEAR SKIES AND LIGHT WINDS WILL LEAD TO TEMPERATURES FALLING OFF INTO THE MIDDLE 30S IN MANY INLAND LOW LYING AREAS LATE TONIGHT.

THIS WILL RESULT IN AREAS OF FROST AWAY FROM THE WARMER BODIES OF WATER AND MORE SO IN LOW LYING AREAS.

A FROST ADVISORY MEANS THAT FROST IS POSSIBLE.

SENSITIVE OUTDOOR PLANTS MAY BE KILLED IF LEFT UNCOVERED.

************************* From Environment Canada

Frost tonight into early Thursday morning.

This is a warning that at or near zero ground temperatures will cause frost in the parts of these regions.

Monitor weather conditions.

Listen for updated statements.

A large cold Arctic high pressure system from the Northwest Territories has settled in over Northern Ontario.

Under clear or clearing skies and light winds temperatures will plunge to well below freezing across much of the district.

As a result widespread frost is likely with temperatures in the zero to minus 5 range for a few hours overnight into early Thursday morning.

Tender plants should either be covered or brought indoors if possible.
