$10,000 drug bust at 708 Walls Rd

************************* On the 1st of September at 4:30 p.m., members of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Services Street Team and Patrol Services executed a search warrant at 708 Walls Road.

During the course of the search, officers located 10 marijuana plants growing on the property.

As a result, 29-year-old Steven Knight of 708 Walls Road was arrested and charged with one count of production of a controlled drug or substance and one count of possession of a controlled drug or substance.

The street value of the drugs seized was $10,000.

He is to appear in court on the 5th of October.
