Algoma Conservatory Concerts is presenting Colin Walsh, one of the world's finest organists on tour from Lincoln Cathedral in England.
The concert will be held on the excellent pipe organ at Central United Church in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario beginning at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, February 9.
Tickets are $30 for adults and $10 for students and are available at the Station Mall box office or at the door.
The programme will include many of the greatest works for organ.
Gramaphone magazine said that "He possesses a technique which all but takes one's breath away ... and reveals subtle charms as well as moments of pure magic."
Besides holding the position of organist at Lincoln Cathedral, Colin has an extensive concert tour every year.
