Who's Afraid of the Dark? Shivers and Chills for Children

There will be two Haunted Houses in Sault Ste. Marie to choose from this Halloween Season. The Arts Council of Sault Ste. Marie and District will be hosting a "Halloween House" in the Station Mall this Thursday through Saturday, October 28th - 30th.

The Arts Council of Sault Ste. Marie and District will be hosting a "Halloween House" in the Station Mall this Thursday through Saturday, October 28th - 30th.

The "Halloween House" will be located beside Zellers and will be open on Thursday and Friday from 2:00 to 8:00 pm and on Saturday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Arts Council members will be participate in the Halloween House dressing up as ghouls and scary monsters adding to the chills. There is a $3 per person admission.

For those who can't enough of the shivers and thrills, there is also a Haunted Warehouse that will provide two nights of drama and good-natured terror on Friday and Saturday, October 29th and 30th.

Located at 177 Hwy 17 East (across from Bell's Point before the Root River Bridge), the Haunted Warehouse even provides a 'Family Hour' each day where the lights will be left on so that little ones won't be as frightened.

The Haunted Warehouse will be open Friday, October 29th from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm, and then again on Saturday, October 30th from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm. 'Family Hour' is the first hour on both days.

Entry to the Haunted Warehouse is $1.00 per person with a canned good donation, or $2.00 per person without the donation. Food donations are being collected for Christmas
