The Art Gallery of Algoma presents an evening of Indonesian Cuisine with Maria Sutton of Brockwell Chambers Bed and Breakfast. There will be two evening sittings, each limited to 30 people. Sault Community Theatre presents Rumors at the Quality Inn & Suites, Sault Ste. Marie Michigan at 7:00pm and at 2pm and 7pm on Sunday. Tickets will be available at the door and are $10 for adults and $8 for Seniors.

Wheels on Ice:Come out and Enjoy the second exciting Oval Ice Race at Runway Park from noon to 4:00 pm. This exciting exhibition will feature 4-wheelers, Motocross bikes, Karts and 4-cylinder cars. Registration @ 10:00 a.m. Races @ noon. Pancake Breakfast at the Sugar Shack, 1100 5th Line East, including home made beans, sausage, pancakes, maple syrup, juice and coffee. There will be live entertainment to go with that and volunteers from a local high school will be cooking the pancakes. Some of the proceeds will be going towards a charity of the students choice. Hosted by the Centre Francophone.

The Annual Charity Cup Hockey Game between Flakeboard and St Marys Paper is scheduled at the Steelback Center for 7:00 pm. This year marks the 5th annual. The event has raised over 14,000 dollars so far that has been donated to local charity. The game is organized by the players and a replica Stanley Cup made from MDF is the prize. Businesses can purchase a spot on the Cup by calling 942-6070 ex 2267. The cup looks amazing and is well crafted. The bulk of the money raised is from players collecting pledges. You can sponsor a player or team.
