Here is the perfect opportunity to show our local musicians and filmmakers just how much we appreciate their efforts.

Music and Film in Motion is currently accepting nominations for the 2008 Northern Ontario Music and Film Awards.

The submission deadline is November 16 at 5 p.m.

Nominations can be made in the following categories:

Music

Best Album
Best Songwriter
Best Engineer
Best Presenter
Best Vocal Performance

Film

Best Film
Best Director
Best Film Editor
Best Cinematography
Best Screenplay

Official eligibility guidelines and submission forms are available for download at www.thinknorth.ca.

The winners will be announced during the awards ceremony to be held in Sudbury on Saturday, May 10, 2008.
