Special guests beef up second annual Christmas music event

The Kiwanis Club of Lakeshore invites the public to attend the 2nd annual Old Time Christmas Concert on Saturday, Dec. 2 at the Central United Church, 160 Spring St.

All proceeds from this timely event will go to the Christmas Cheer and the Salvation Army.

Sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Lakeshore, DOI/Compass Imaging Group and the Central United Church, this holiday musical concert will be headlined by the Dave Anich Band and fiddler Sheldon Jaaskelainen. Additional special guest performances include our evenings Master of Ceremonies, Q104’s Jeff McNiece, the F. H. Clergue Grade 3 and 4 choir and the Northern Arts Academy (both under the direction of Agnes McCarthy), Steven Hewgill, the Pine Tones and Kathy McColeman.

Doors open at 6 p.m. and concert starts at 7 p.m. with a short intermission. General Admission.

Tickets to this family event are $10 and can be purchased at anyone of our supporter’s locations:

Fountain Tire at 55 Black Road, Stamping Grounds in the Market Mall or Savoy’s Jeweller’s in the Station Mall or their Queen Street location.

Also, you can purchase tickets by calling the Kiwanis hotline at 705-946-7915. Ticket delivery is available within the city limits.
