Sault's Matt Warnock to bring afternoon of jazz to The Loft

Enjoy an afternoon of jazz at The Loft.

Matt Warnock will be joined by Jake Valois and Mark Gough for a show on Sunday, April 7 at 2 p.m.

The Sault Ste. Marie resident is an internationally recognized performance and guitar educator. 

“Matt has performed in concert halls and at jazz festivals in the US, Canada, Brazil, New Zealand, U.K., France, Belgium, Estonia, and Latvia,” said Algoma Conservatory of Music in a news release.

“As well as being an in-demand performer, Matt has been a professor of guitar at Western Illinois University, Leeds Conservatoire, and the University of Chester. He has also held the position of Senior Examiner at the London College of Music (RCM Division).”

The full ticket proceeds will help make the Algoma Conservatory an amazing regional centre for music lessons, concerts and recordings, the release says.
