************************
2020 is the 10th anniversary year of the Sault Blues Society (SBS) and we are very pleased to announce that we have secured our first concert of the year with the multiple award-winning Canadian bluesman Jack de Keyzer on Thursday Feb. 6, 2020 at the Machine Shop.

Jack has won two Juno awards and seven Maple Blues Awards during his career. He is also nominated for two Maple Blues Awards in February 2020, and his sax player Richard Thornton is also nominated for a Maple Blues Award in 2020.

This concert is part of Bon Soo 2020 and is an all-ages event. A local favourite, the Zaks Allstars Band, will be opening for de Keyzer whose four-piece band includes award-winning sax man Richard Thornton, award-winning bass player Al Duffy, and Joey Di Marco on the skins playing solid grooves with precision for Jack. This is a star-studded lineup not to be missed!

Doors open at 6:30 p.m. with Zak’s Allstars taking the stage at 7 p.m.

Tickets are $25 or $15 for students. Tickets are available for cash purchase at Case Music, Machine Shop Box Office, Long & McQuades locations of Northland Music and Thomas Walls, Rockin' Vinyl Records, Stones Office Supply and at the Sault Community Theatre Box Office (where card service charges apply).
