It was a great day to be a nerd.

Locals headed over to the Canadian Bushplane Heritage Centre this afternoon where over 50 vendors from the Sault and across Ontario came together for this year’s edition of Steel City NerdCon.

A wide variety of collectibles and vintage wares were available for viewing and purchasing, and attendees could also enjoy face painting, tournaments, and a magic show.

From classic video games and movies to figurines and art, NerdCon had anything and everything a nerd could hope for.

Steel City NerdCon runs until 6 p.m. this evening.
