Pretty funny night in the Sault (7 photos)

During his 90-minute set, the star and creator of the hit television series Corner Gas mused about aging, technology, and this vast nation of ours.

Canadian comedian Brent Butt had about 750 Saultites in stitches at the Kiwanis Community Theatre Centre Friday night.

During his 90-minute set, the star and creator of the hit television series Corner Gas ruminated about aging, technology, and this vast nation of ours.

He even cracked a wolverine joke, likely unaware that the building he was in is the home of the White Pines Wolverines.

After this evening’s Sault Ste. Marie stop, Butt heads to Burlington to perform at the Burlington Performing Arts Centre on January 30.

Butt’s very funny opening performer, Graham Chittenden, will follow him to Burlington and can also be seen in Ottawa on February 9 with CBC Debators Live.
