Patrick Santoro is at the mercy of ruin

Newly-hired Lake Superior State University performing arts professor Patrick Santoro couples his own life experiences with dazzling light and sound to explore the boundaries of self and environment.

His solo multi-media performance At the Mercy of Ruin runs this weekend in the LSSU Arts Center Black Box Theater at 8 p.m. Jan. 28-29 and 2 p.m. on Jan. 30.

Tickets, $5 for students and $10 for general admission, may be reserved by calling 906-635-2275.

It is strongly recommended to secure tickets in advance, as theater seating is limited.

Assisting prof. Santoro in the production are Dani Ammel (a sophomore in elementary education, history from Hermansville, Michigan), Hannah Connor (junior, nursing; Brighton, Michigan), and Kristen Miller (senior, fine arts studies; Ann Arbor, Michigan).
