This weekend’s Summer Playhouse production of PACKET-IN, by Bill Cornwell, promises to be a side-splitting rollick into the surreal. Meet Leanne and Brian. Leanne is trying to give up smoking. Can this couple survive? This British comedy about the perils and pitfalls of giving up the cigarette is a sure charmer.

Playhouse Artistic Director, Wendy Hamilton, hopes the subject-matter is both timely and entertaining since Sault Ste. Marie has recently become a smoke-free city. The show is directed by Carol Colombo and features Jeff Arbus and Susan Muise (the conniving Judy in Rubies) in the roles of embattled couple, Leanne and Brian. Youth/Adult
