A popular concert that has sold out in the past is back this year, so get your tickets while you can, organizers say.

The Kiwanis Club of Lakeshore announced its Old Time Christmas Concert will return on Saturday, Nov. 26.

The venue is Central United Church, 160 Spring St.

The evening will be headlined by The Dave Anich Band featuring Mike Kienhofer, Sheldon Jaaskelainen, Trevor Simpson, Marshal Jaaskelainen, and Frank Deresti.

Special guest performances include the evening’s emcee, Country 105 morning man Jeff McNiece.

Also appearing will be the Northern Arts Academy under the direction of Agnes McCarthy, including faculty member Ryan Mauro, as well as founders and members of "Let's Put on a Show”.

There will also be a prelude by Algoma University’s Jazz Ensembles.

The concert is sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Lakeshore, DOI/Compass Imaging Group, and Central United.

All proceeds go to Christmas Cheer and the Salvation Army.

Since its inception, the concert has raised more than $18,000.

Doors open at 6 p.m. and the concert starts at 7 p.m. The evening includes a short intermission.

Tickets to this all-age event are only $10 and can be purchased at Fountain Tire on 55 Black Rd., or online by clicking here.

You can also purchase tickets by calling the Kiwanis hotline at 705-946-7915. Ticket delivery is available within the city limits.
