The Northern Lights Festival Boréal - A new location!

This year's Northern Lights Festival Boréal is taking place in a new location while the Grace Hartman Amphitheatre and surroundings at Bell Park are undergoing reconstruction.

This marks the first time that the Northern Lights Festival Boréal is being held at another location in 39 years.

The Northern Lights Festival Boréal is proud to partner with Laurentian University, who is celebrating its 50th anniversary.

The Northern Lights Festival Boréal will now occupy the athletic grounds surrounding the Ben Avery Athletics Centre.

Spectators are encouraged to board the free shuttle services available throughout festival weekend.

To assist those who choose to drive to the festival, The Northern Lights Festival Boréal has arranged a shuttle service from parking lot 15 to the festival grounds each day throughout festival weekend.

Shuttles will operate Friday from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m., Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m.

During heavy traffic periods, frequency of shuttle services will increase.

Passes for the three-day event are available online at the NLFB website or at a variety of locations within the Sudbury community including: NLFB Office, Jett Landry Music, Records on Wheels, Gloria’s Convenience, Laurentian University’s Alumni Office, and all Home Hardware locations within the Greater City of Sudbury.
