Canadian music afficianados will likely already know Plumb from his stint as the frontman and songwriter for the popular Prairie band, The Waltons. Plumb, who is now a solo artist with a critically acclaimed solo CD entitled Under and Over, has been the opening act for rising stars The James Murdoch Band's tour.

A former northern BC artist, James Murdoch and his band have received many accolades from critics and his indie debut CD Polyphonic earned him "Pop Album of the Year" at the Prairie Music Awards. With mind-blowing, high energy live performances, Murdoch and his band upted the ante with a major label release, Between the Lines.

Local songwriter Chris Belsito will be opening for the Plumb/Murdoch show.

The Downbeat Lounge is located at 740 Queen Street East (across from PUC). For more information on the Downbeat Lounge, click here.
