Get ready for a return journey to Hogwarts this fall to once again raise money for cancer care equipment needs at Sault Area Hospital.

After raising over $40,000 with last year’s events, the Hogwarts Alumni volunteer committee returns to create the enchanting world around the fifth installment of the Potter series. 

The Order of the Phoenix will be held at the Machine Shop on Nov. 2 at 4 p.m. VIP and general admission tickets go on sale June 4 at 7 p.m. — online only: https://tinyurl.com/hogwarts2024.

An Evening at Hogwarts returns to Sault Ste. Marie this fall with The Order of the Phoenix! After raising over $40,000 with last year’s events, the Hogwarts Alumni volunteer committee returns to create the enchanting world around the 5th installment of the Potter series, with 100% of proceeds staying local to support cancer care equipment needs at Sault Area Hospital.

The main event, An Evening at Hogwarts: The Order of the Phoenix will be held at the Machine Shop on November 2nd at 4pm. This immersive adventure includes an Ollivander’s wand to take on the Death Eaters, a chance to attend wizarding classes and opportunities to go head-to-head with Dolores Umbridge and the Ministry of Magic. Enjoy a delicious four-course meal while experiencing the Weasley twins’ departing firework show at the OWL examinations. Browse Hogwarts-themed items from specialty vendors or purchase Patronus Luminous lanterns to honour or remember loved ones affected by cancer. In addition to experiencing the enchanting decor, participants receive local merchandise in their swag bag, can bid on fabulous gifts in the silent auction, and so much more! 

This year we will once again have VIP tickets for purchase. VIP tickets allow you to officially join The Order of the Phoenix: front-row table seat at the house of your choice, butterbeer voucher, VIP line and entrance, and special gift.  This year, all tickets will be available online only.  VIP and General tickets go on sale June 4th at 7pm online only at https://tinyurl.com/hogwarts2024 for $165 and $125 each respectively. This unique and magical evening event often sells out within the first hour of ticket sales, so be sure to apparate and get yours!

This money stays local: it arms our hospital with the equipment needed to care for the nearly 400 patients SAH treats each year.”
