Eric Bischoff brings his Stories Never Told tour to the Sault

WWE /WCW personality Eric Bischoff comes to Sault Ste Marie ON as part of his first ever Canadian tour. Thursday August 8 at 8:30 p.m. Bischoff will regale fans of sports entertainment with "stories Never Told" at Soo Blaster, 345 Queen St east. Admission is $30. Eric Bischoff is one of the most polarizing figures of the attitude era in pro wrestling. Now the legendary WWE / WCW personality is touring Canada for the first time telling Stories Never Told.

He is best known for serving as Executive Producer and later President of World Championship Wrestling (WCW) and subsequently, the on-screen General Manager of WWE's Raw brand.

Working behind the scenes as a writer / producer as well as on camera as GM and occasional competitor.

Since 1984 every wrestling promoter has tried to beat Vince McMahon and the World Wrestling Federation unsuccessfully except one, Eric Bischoff. During his tenure at the helm of WCW's Monday Night Nitro he beat WWE's Monday night Raw not once, but 83 times in a row! Hence the title of his wildly popular podcast "83 Weeks".

Bischoff has also worked with Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) where he served as Executive Producer of Impact Wrestling. With an amateur background in taekwondo, Bischoff also sporadically performed as an in-ring competitor, and is a former WCW Hardcore Champion. He wrote an autobiography, titled Controversy Creates Cash, which was released in 2006 under WWE Books.

And now Eric Bischoff embarks on his first ever Canadian tour. The charismatic wrestling personality will bring a lifetime of first person accounts of working with the biggest stars in pro wrestling history.

Comedian Ryan Denee will be the opening act.
