WELCOME FRIEND ASSOCIATION

A fun-filled night with a delicious Italian dinner featuring the amazing award-winning drag queen extraordinaire, Miss Conception!  

"Don't think drag queen – think cabaret! You will love the Broadway songs, the costume changes and you'll die laughing at the impromptu comedy." 

"She takes drag to a whole new level! She does all of her own vocals!”

Miss Conception is currently touring the world with her one man live singing show and bringing audiences to their feet.  

In 2012, Miss Conception kicked off her tour in Puerto Vallarta Mexico and continues to travel the United States, Mexico and Canada. 

From Miss Canada Continental to the opening act of Leslie Jordan (Will and Grace) and Lorna Luft (Judy Garland's daughter and Liza Minnelli’s sister) and performing with Courtney Act (Rupaul's Drag Race), her journey has just begun.  

Miss Conception has performed with Second City (Toronto) and also been featured on Queer as Folk, Degrassi The Next Generation.  

She was also the first ever contestant on Wipeout Canada (which can be seen on Youtube under “Beauties vs Geeks”).  Recently, MissConception has been performing on cruise ships to Alaska and will be hosting a Hallowe'en Cruise 2014 with Aquafest.

In 2015, Miss Conception will be launching her new show called “The Wonderful World Of Miss Conception”, a live singing show with your favouritestorybook characters ...with a twist.

“We are so excited to have Miss Conception performing in Thessalon” says Christopher Southin, a founding member of Welcome Friend Association.  

“We had the opportunity to see her this summer and she was truly amazing.  So much fun…..Miss Conception is one talented individual.”

All proceeds go to Welcome Friend Association,  a charity located in Thessalon.

The dinner is a pasta dinner catered by Rico’s from Sault Ste. Marie
