Northern Superior Brewing Co. presents the first of a series of beer and food pairing events featuring singer/songwriter Terence Jack. Doors open at 6 p.m. this Thursday, Dec. 7 at the Canadian Bushplane Heritage Centre.

Each restaurant participating will be pairing delicious appetizers with brands of beer from Northern Superior Brewing Co. including 11 p.m., 17 North, Northern Superior, Northern 55, and Northern Superior Light. Giovanni’s, Gliss, Fratelli’s, Burger Don, and Iron Club will be sharing and pairing appetizers that will serve tastefully with each brand of beer.

Being no stranger to the road, Terence Jack’s travels have informed his writing and the transformative nature within his music. Terence Jack has played to audiences across the country and USA alongside Buffy Sainte-Marie, The Arkells, The Matinée, Plants and Animals, and Black Lips. Terence Jack has performed during the 2017 Grey Cup Festival, Canada 150th at Canada Place, Rifflandia (2016), Squamish Valley Music Festival (2015), Edge of the World Festival, Ponderosa Music Festival.

Terence Jack and producer Daniel Klenner (We Are The City, Hey Ocean, Tourist Company) experimented with new tones and grooves for Never Get Back. Terence Jack’s band – Jeremy Appleton (bass), Cam Stephens (drums), Thomas Hoeller (guitar), and Djavin Bowen (keys) – has an infectious energy, and luckily, the record does the live show a good deal of justice. The band genuinely sounds like they’re having fun together. Their no-nonsense approach emanates from their performances and the album alike.

After a busy summer touring Never Get Back and working on his next album, Terence Jack (is on) his third cross-Canada tour (which continues throughout) December 2017. 2018 will be full of a European and USA tour and release of his next album. Come get sweaty, feel a heart pour all over you and share some earnest rock ‘n’ roll endorphins with Terence Jack.

Be sure not to miss this original event. Tickets are available through our website, Eventbrite.ca, at the Northern Superior Brewery (50 Pim St.), and at all participating restaurants.
