3 shows, 2 nights, 1 band

Sault Ste. Marie's four prodigal sons of rock/country/punk return home this weekend for three shows that promise loud music, mayhem and a skinny guy with tattoos running around in his underwear. I speak of the Inner City Surfers.

I speak of the Inner City Surfers.

A brand spankin' new album featuring their crowd-pleasing version of Stompin' Tom Connors' Algoma Central 69 is set for release shortly, priming them for nothing less than world domination.

More fun than a drunk cat dipped in beer batter, the Surfers will be performing at Foggy Notions, 708 Queen St. E. Friday (tonight) and Saturday nights starting around 11:30pm.

Under 19?

The boys have not forgotten their under-age fans and will perform an all-ages show at Foggys Saturday evening with guests, the White Chapel District.

Doors open at 6:30pm and there is a $5 cover.

Check them out and join them in a shot of Jagermeister.

They like that.
