Walter "Skippy" Chisholm Jr October 6th 2005

My darling Skippy You have left this world 18 years ago. It's so hard to believe that the time has went by so fast that it just feels like yesterday. You know, honey, I miss you so much. I Reminisce a lot about our life together because you are always with me in my heart. I talk to you all the time about my decisions I have to make and if I did the right thing or not. But you would say to me you're going to do it Anyways whether I would say yes or no, haha. I know honey you always gave me my own way, ha ha ha. I would say to you, thank you, sweetie and again, you would give me that cute little grin. If there was a word more than LOVE, that's how much I love you. My darling Skippy when you took Dialysis I couldn't wait for you to come home. I still had that feeling of butterflies waiting for you, and of course, I would make you lunch with the flower on top, and you would give me that little grin again. You know, my fellow friends love is a wonderful gift from our Lord and we treasure it forever as We all have experienced It. Honey, on June 17th 1967. We would have been married 56 years and loving every minute of it. Love you Skippy. Well the children, Wayne, Tammy, Shane and Channa are busy at their work, and Shane is still singing in Nashville. We hope to see him next year In Nashville and sing a song with him on stage. That would be a lot of fun. I remember when I sang with him before he would say mom get closer to the Mic, because I was too short and he was too tall, ha ha ha. All the grandchildren and great-grandchildren are doing fine. From 2 years old to 29 years old. How time flies as you know my fellow friends. Well honey I'm still camping at Mark's Bay and loving it. I can't believe it's my 14th year. And hopefully a few more God willing. We had a lot of events going on from washertoss tournaments to family gatherings and friends even from Scotland , we are having lots of fun, and very busy. I thank my brother, Mark and sister-in-law. Mary for the wonderful trailer and all the camp friends who helped put this together I Would not be able to camp if I didn't have the great help I get from my camp family I love them all very much. As for the kids, they also help me whenever I need it and of course Bringing out car loads for the trailer. You know us women fellow friends we try to cover everything and more, ha ha ha. Well honey, I will be starting my pickling soon. Tammy and Channa want to pickle with me also but not 600 jars like we did last year Haha then comes the Christmas baking. Which I love to do, fall is coming fast. You can smell it in the air. Then it's time to pack up and get ready for the winter. Well, my darling Skippy I better close for now.
