It has been one year since my mother’s passing and I miss her dearly. She was one of the brightest and most caring people that you could ever meet. She had the voice of an angel and it was enjoyed, loved, and cherished by all. She was one of the kindest and most considerate people that I have ever met. I will never forget the way she would smile at me; she had the most tender and loving eyes. She looked at me with pure love and I will never forget the way it felt to hear her call me beautiful or tell me that she loved me. If I had to describe her to someone that has never met her, I would tell them that she was kind, beautiful, smart, caring, and funny. She had a laugh that would light up a whole room, she was passionate, loving, bold, and most importantly, she would do anything to show her family that she loved them dearly. She made sure we always knew how much we meant to her and she will always hold a special place in my heart. Mom, I will always remember that special night we spent under the stars on the swings in a park. I laid in your arms for hours as we talked about nothing; that will always be one of my favorite memories with you. I will never forget the way you used to sing to me and tell me how much I meant to you each and every day. Even when you aren’t here to tell me those things anymore, I will never forget how much you loved me, and I hope you never forget how much I loved you.

We will meet again momma, and I'll get to hold you in my arms once more.

From your loving daughter Lyndee Lu.
