Twenty years ago we lost an amazing daughter, sister, and mother. Carol is dearly missed by her family, there isn’t a day that has gone by that we haven’t thought of you. The past twenty years have been very difficult, especially seeing Victor grow up without you there. You would be so proud of him and the man he’s become. We love and miss you a lot.
