NEWS RELEASE
SUPERIOR HEALTH TEAM
*************************
Your team at Superior Family Health Team and Sault Family Health Organization (Dr. P. Bouchard, Dr. L. Caputo, Dr. A. McLean, Dr. C. Taylor, Dr. S. Tkachyk, Dr. S. White) are working hard to minimize the risk of spreading COVID-19 by moving to an Emergency schedule for the month of March.

All non-urgent appointments are being rescheduled and moved to phone appointments where possible. All programs through Superior Family Health Team are currently suspended and those with appointments will be contacted.

We ask that all patients defer visiting our office in person, and call in advance should they need to come to our location. There is a point of entry screening in place. Those that screen positive will be sent home to avoid risking the health of other vulnerable patients who may attend the clinic and will be given further direction.

We are offering phone visits for our registered patients with our physician staff to help manage any concerns.

Our phone hours are Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., Fridays 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. We realize that phones may have higher volumes at this time and thank you in advance for your patience.
