Adopt Me: Otis is looking for a best friend

Otis

Otis is a 3-year-old hound who is ready to be someone's best friend! He has been searching for a home since November, and we'd love to help him find the perfect adopter soon. He has a super fun and playful personality - he likes toys, outside time, going for walks, and mostly just being around people! When he hears someone coming down towards his dog-run, he will sit up like a meerkat until he sees them - then he will excitedly prance up to the front so he can say "hello". He seems to be okay with most other dogs, but he does require either an adult-only home, or a home with only older children.
