Nominations invited for the Sault Ste. Marie Walk of Fame

Nominations are now being accepted by the Walk of Fame Selection Committee.

Nominations for the 2020 Sault Ste. Marie Walk of Fame Award are now being accepted by the Walk of Fame Selection Committee.

The Walk of Fame Award recognizes individuals who have achieved a provincial, national or international excellence in a competitive athletic endeavour or cultural, academic or humanitarian field. Nominees must have been born in Sault Ste. Marie or lived in the city or surrounding area during their lifetime.

Nomination forms are available online at SaultSteMarie.ca/walkoffame. Forms can also be picked up at the City Clerk’s Department – 99 Foster Drive or at the Downtown Association office located at 496 Queen Street East. The deadline for nominations is March 31, 2020.

Nomination forms and supporting documents may be submitted to the City Clerk’s Department, Level 4, Civic Centre, 99 Foster Drive, Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, P6A 5X6 or fax to 705-759-2310 or email [email protected].
