The City of Sault Ste. Marie would like to advise residents that all municipal outdoor sports fields will be closed tonight due to excessive rain and the pooling of water.
The closures include: Elliott Park Sports Complex (108 Rossmore Road), Queen Elizabeth Park Sports Complex (280 Elizabeth Street), Strathclair Park Sports Complex (639 Black Road) and North Street Park (428 Morin Street).
It is anticipated the affected fields will be open to the public tomorrow.
