Theft:
A theft of a laptop was reported stolen from Sault College.
Arrest:
A 20 year old female has been arrested on a warrant for failing to comply with an undertaking after being released on domestic related mischief charges and returning to the residence of the complainant. In addition to the breaches of undertaking she has also been charged with criminal harassment and will be in bail court Wednesday a.m.

At approximately 9:00 p.m. police received information regarding a theft from a residence on Ferguson St. The male was subsequently identified as Jason Brideau age 36 years of no fixed address. He was located at the Manitou Motel and found to be a statutory release federal offender wanted on a Canada wide parole warrant. He was subsequently arrested and has been held in custody.
Break and Enter:
A break and enter was reported in the 50-100 block of McNabb St. at midnight. The complainant was awoken to a male youth entering a rear window of the residence. The male youth had smashed through the window to a rear door and fled when confronted by the home owner. The only description was that he was 5’5” wearing a light blue hoodie.
Breach of Probation:
20 year old Elissa McClarty of no fixed address was arrested at 00:15 hours on Albert St. East at Tancred St. She was wanted on a warrant for breaching a probation order by failing to obey a curfew. In addition she was also charged with violating her probation conditions by failing to remain away from Albert St. and failing to keep the pace and be of good behaviour. She will appear in bail court Wednesday a.m.
Assault:
At approximately 0240 hours officers were checking residence on Wellington. St. East for a male wanted in connection with a violent domestic assault. They came across an intoxicated male at that residence who was removed at the owners request and who subsequently attempted to push his way into a neighbour’s house. While being arrested he spit in the face of the officer. Trent Brandon Agawa, age 21, of no fixed address will also be in bail court charged with assault police and violating a condition of his probation.
