The following four persons will be appearing in bail court this morning: 1) On the 1st of November at approximately 4:00 am three male persons attended at a west-end residence looking to confront one of the occupants.
The following four persons will be appearing in bail court this morning:

1) On the 1st of November at approximately 4:00 am three male persons attended at a west-end residence looking to confront one of the occupants. The three forced there way into the residence and made threats towards the parents of the 18 year old male they were looking for when they discovered he was not at home. At the time the threats were being made, one of the males was holding a gun and pointing it towards the homeowners making threats to shoot them. The three fled just prior to police arrival.
Detectives with Investigation Services have charged one of the males involved with regards to this incident:
19 year-old Arthur Charette of 43 Smale Avenue was arrested at 6:30 pm on the 6th of November on Pim Street. He has been charged with one count of break, enter and commit, two counts of threaten death or bodily harm, one count of use of firearm or imitation during commission of an offence and one count of possession for purpose dangerous to public.
The investigation continues regarding the other two males involved in the incident.
It is further alleged that the same accused Arthur Charette was involved in an incident on the 27th of October at 1:30 am at the Willow Avenue Apartment Complex where he pulled the fire alarm. He was further charged with one count of false fire alarm.

2) 24 year-old Raymond Gregoire of 46 Alden Road was arrested on the 6th of November at 2:50 pm on Queen Street East and charged with one count of robbery, one count of unauthorized possession of a weapon, one count of possession of a controlled drug or substance and two counts of breach of probation. It is alleged that on the 4th of November at approximately 9:30 am the accused attended at the Quality Inn on Bay Street and stole a laptop valued at $1,569.26 from an office area. The accused was confronted by an employee and struck the employee in the face with the laptop bag. The accused pushed the employee out of the way and fled on a bicycle from the area. The victim received injuries that did not require medical attention.
It is further alleged that when the accused was being arrested yesterday, he was found in possession of a switch blade type of knife and small amount of cocaine.

3) 24 year-old Valerie Agawa of 124 Andrew Street was arrested on the 6th of November at 11:23 am at her residence on outstanding warrants and charged with one count of break, enter and commit and one count of possession of property obtained by crime – in relation to a break and enter that occurred back in December of 2005 to a residence on Lewis Road. The accused was also charged with one count of fail to appear court on the 6th of February 2006, one count of fail to appear for prints on the 23rd of January 2006, and breach of a release document for failing to notify a change of her address.

4) City police conducting an investigation into a break and enter to the Easy Home Business on the 6th of November, have arrested one of the male adults that was wanted in regards to this incident:
20 year-old Norman Lund of 10 Donna Drive was arrested on the 6th of November at 2:17 pm at his residence and charged with one count of break and enter and one count of possession of property obtained by crime.
It is alleged that on the 6th of November at approximately 2 am the accused attended with two other adult males to the Easy Home Business on Churchill Boulevard, broke in and stole three flat screen televisions valued at approximately $2,780.00. The three left the store in a vehicle with the televisions.
The identities of the other two male suspects are known to police and they continue to try to locate them.

Two Charged with Theft

21 year-old Mark Crockford and 23 year-old Steven Moore both of #2-205 Wellington Street East were arrested at the Sears Store in the Station Mall at 11:30 am on the 6th of November and charged with one count each of theft under $5,000.00. It is alleged that the two attended at Sears around 10:30 am on the 6th of November and stole a Dewalt Sander and five video games valued at $169.00. The two were apprehended by store security and held for police. Both are to appear in court on the 10th of December.

One Break & Enter

The only break and enter reported yesterday was to a residence on Gibb Street that the complainant advised occurred sometime between 12:00 pm to 10 pm on the 4th of November. A bicycle was reported stolen.
